The DRM C100 RE is a high quality combined rolling mill that allows both plate and wire rolling.
Its body is made from a single piece of cast iron for maximum strength and rigidity and a long service life. Its maintenance-free, self-lubricating bearings are combined with a 4-1 gearbox. The function of this gearbox is to multiply the force applied to the rolling mill and considerably reduce tension.
With a width of 100 mm, the rollers are made of hardened steel with excellent hardening. The roller has 9 grooves prepared for the wire, which allow the wire to be stretched in a range from 7 to 1 mm. The rolling mill is equipped on one side with a smooth roller and on the other with 4 half-round grooves of 4, 3, 2 and 1.5 mm.
