- In the case of customers whose registration has been validated and who have made one or more purchases, the data is deleted or anonymized 5 years after the last order.

The provision of personal data is optional, and the right to access, rectify and delete any data concerning the data subject is guaranteed under the new regulations in force.

To make a change or permanently delete data, simply access your customer area or via the e-mail address admin@lingold.pt, sending a written request, duly identified and signed. Any request for alteration or deletion will have a maximum period of 25 days to be answered and processed.

The holder of personal data also has the right to complain about the way Lingold processes their data, which they can exercise by submitting a complaint to the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD): Rua de São Bento, nº 148, 1200 -031 Lisboa.
