Palladium bath ready for use, with a concentration of 2 grams of palladium per liter. It allows depositing layers of 99.9% pure palladium with a maximum thickness of 0.2 microns. Indicated both as a final finish of the pieces, thanks to its whiteness of the deposit. Likewise, indicated as a base for subsequent galvanic baths on silver.
One of its main characteristics is to act as a cupric oxide barrier. usual in silver pieces, avoiding the subsequent appearance on the surface once the piece has been bathed.

Excellent substitute for nickel plating.

Work cycle:
* Do not touch the piece with your hands. · Wash the parts to be treated with ultrasound.
Rinse with plenty of running water.
Connect the cathode clamp of the machine to the workpiece wire.
Apply corresponding voltage
Electrolytic degreasing from 30 to 45 seconds (V2 stainless steel anode)
Rinse with running water
Rinse with distilled water
Rinse with acidulated water (Composition: 950 ml distilled water + 50 ml chemically pure sulfuric acid).
Rinse with distilled tap water.
Introduce with voltage in the palladium bath and keep it for 90 seconds (platiized titanium anode)
Rinse with distilled water
Dry with the usual means
