Legor BR10 bronze alloy is specially designed for vacuum and centrifugal bronze casting. It is also suitable for casting with pre-set stones.
The color of the objects produced by BR10 has a pink tone. Thanks to its particular formulation, the hardness of BR10 is much higher than that of bronze. This feature makes polishing easier.
BR10 offers exceptional fluidity during casting and, as a result, parts are oxidation free. It also has a very bright color after it's finished.

Metal: 1065ºC to 1085ºC
Cylinder: 580ºC to 650ºC
Casting and cylinder temperature for parts larger than 1.2 mm.

Cooling in water:
For trees without stones, wait 5 minutes and soak in water.
For trees with rocks, wait 30 to 45 minutes and soak in water.
Pickling:
Immerse the tree in a solution of 50gr / l at 60ºC TECHNOFLUX DVESTSOLIDO or 10% sulfuric acid and 50ºC for 5 minutes.
