Legor AG115M Alloy is a silver jewelry alloy that allows you to obtain a 925 sterling silver antioxidant alloy. This formulation can range from 925 to 935.
Especially suitable for stone casting, its excellent formulation results in pieces with a good surface and a very bright white color after polishing.
It maintains a good fluidity during casting and its medium level of deoxidizers should be highlighted.
This makes it suitable for melting in vacuum systems: during melting it is cleaned of dirt and leaves a minimum of residue in the crucible.
It also has good resistance against the loss of shine produced by metal oxidation.
925 silver combined with this alloy can increase its hardness through heat treatment.

Metal: 980ºC to 1000ºC Cylinder: 520ºC to 580ºC
Casting and cylinder temperature for parts (greater than 1.2 mm)

Cooling in water:
For trees without stones, wait 1 minute and then immerse them in water, as trees with stones wait 30-45 minutes and then immerse them in water.
Heat treatment:
Temperature: 300Cº Time: 60 minCooling: air or oven
Pickling:
Immerse the tree in a solution of 50gr / l at 60ºC in TECHNOFLUX D-VEST SOLIDO or 10% sulfuric acid and 50ºC for 5 minutes
