The high-quality combination roller with a very good price/performance ratio is designed for continuous use in commercial goldsmiths.
All construction parts are screwed together and not welded.
The roller can be operated with little effort thanks to the gear reduction of 1:4.
The rollers are driven on both sides and, like the entire gear shaft, are mounted in bronze bushes without play.
This high-quality bearing reduces the effort required even further and enables very thin materials to be rolled out.
The rollers are specially hardened, they have an elastic core with a very high surface hardness of 60 HRC.
The rollers are adjusted centrally using the toggle, which is connected to the adjustment spindles of the rollers via a tooth system.
Two scales on the adjusting spindles are very helpful for setting the rolling thickness.
The material thickness to be rolled of up to 5 mm is ideal for goldsmiths.
Lubrication takes place via the easily accessible 4 holes on the front.
