The OTTGR brass alloy is designed for brass casting both vacuum machines and centrifuge machines. It is also suitable for casting with pre-set stones.
The color of objects produced by OTTGR has a yellow tint. Thanks to its particular formulation, the hardness of OTTGR is much higher than that of traditional brass. This feature makes polishing easier.
OTTGR offers exceptional fluidity during casting and, as a result, parts are free of oxidation. It also has a very bright color after it's finished.

Cooling in water:
For trees without stones, wait 5 minutes and soak in water. For trees with rocks, wait 30 to 45 minutes and soak in water.
Pickling:
Submerge the tree in a solution of 50 g / l at 60 ° C TECHNOFLUX Dvest solid or sulfuric acid at 10% and 50 ° C for 5 minutes. With sand blasting or pressurized water.
