Shiny Silver Bath 500 ml (BAN075)
WILAPLAT bright silver plating is to be used in a conventional electroplating system.
Prior to galvanic treatment, the surfaces to be coated must be clean and free from grease.
In order to avoid a current-free and therefore non-sticky silver coating, the rectifier must be switched on when the goods are submerged.
Characteristics:
Silver content: 30.0 g/l
Cyanide content: 120.0 g/l
Temperature: 20 - 30 ° C
Exposure time: 5 - 50 minutes
Voltage: 0.5 - 1.2 volts
Current density: 1.0 - 1.5 A / dm²
Deposition: 66.7 mg / amine
Movement: required
Anodes: fine silver
Bowl material: glass, alkali resistant. Plastic (PP, PVC, etc.)
Precipitation data: Density 10.3 g / cm³
Hardness: approx 110 HV
The product contains cyanides and is classified as very toxic.
Not to be associated with acids or acidic solutions

Rhodinette 2 Wieland (BAN071)
Rhodinette 2 electroplating device for decorative coating of precious metals.
Dimensions (W x L) 160 x 200 mm
Work steps:
Degreasing (ultrasound, electrolytic, boiling).
Rinse and dry.
For electroplating, the part to be processed is contacted (connected) with
the black merchandise clamp or with the contact plate
Set the voltage regulator to the correct level according to the table.
Take the electrolyte from the electrolyte container with the fiber tip on the electrode pen.
For electroplating, run the electrode pen evenly over the workpiece surface several times.
Rinse products immediately with water
Leave the fiber tip in the pen and soak it well
with the same electrolyte when restarting.
Replace dirty fiber tips.
Includes:
Rectifier 100 - 240V / 50-60 Hz, goods clip, electrode pen,
1 electrolyte container, 5 replacement fiber tips.
