Warranties / Returns


If you detect a defect in an item within the warranty period, you should contact Lingold and the appropriate procedure will be forwarded.

If you detect a fault in an item after the warranty period has expired, you can go to Lingold, where the item can be analyzed and a quote for its repair can be issued. The item will only be repaired after approval of the budget by the customer.


The customer has 14 days to exchange or return any order without having to provide any justification for doing so. After these 14 days, we cannot accept any exchange or return.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify us by email and complete the return (sending the product to our facilities), within the aforementioned period.

The return or exchange will only be validated if the article is without any signs of use and in the original packaging (as well as any offer that originated from it). You must also send proof of purchase and indicate the IBAN.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the item.

The amount paid for shipping costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

The item must be returned using a trackable shipping service, i.e. it must be possible to track the shipment and have proof of delivery.

After confirming the status of the product(s), the amounts involved in the purchase will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days by bank transfer.

Note: A Credit Note will be issued for the total amount of the order and an Invoice with the value of shipping costs when placing the order. The credit note must be signed by the customer and returned to the email: admin@lingold.pt


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know whether or not the return is accepted under the above conditions.

Whenever possible, the return will be made through the same payment method. If this is not possible, the refund will be made by Bank Transfer.

If the refund is approved, Lingold will refund the customer within a maximum period of 14 days.
